How can I cancel an order on miarchary.com?
If your order or any item(s) within it have not been shipped yet, you may cancel it by contacting our customer support team. Please email us at support@miarchary.com or call us at +91 99100 22831 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM). Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund within 24-48 business hours.
Can Tripathi Global Exports Private Limited cancel an order?
Yes, there are situations where we may need to cancel an order. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt. If our stock levels change or there is an issue with your order, we will notify you by email, phone, or text message. We may either supply a reduced quantity or cancel your order.
When will I receive my refund?
For cancellations before shipment, refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours. If your order has been shipped, the refund will be processed once we receive and verify the returned products at our warehouse.
How do I return an item purchased from miarchary.com?
We offer an easy return policy. You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are also accepted, allowing you to return individual items from your order. To initiate a return, call our customer care at +91 99100 22831 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM) or email us at support@miarchary.com with your Order ID. Include a photograph of the product for reference. We will arrange for pickup within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the product is received in unused and undamaged condition.
Under what conditions is the product NOT eligible for returns?
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

● Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse
● Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and any complimentary items
● Serial number is tampered with
● Request is made after 5 business days from delivery
● Free product provided by the brand
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, return it with the delivery person if possible. We will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Yes, you can return individual items from your order. However, all components and any complimentary items must be returned together.
